As parents ourselves, we know how fast your children are growing and changing everyday. So we encourage you to take the opportunity to capture your family as you are right now! And do it as often as you can. These visual reminders are truly priceless as the years go by.

Our family portrait sessions are casual, fun, and relaxed. We want to get a genuine representation of each individual and of your family as a whole. There will be times when we will be engaged with you, directing your pose or moving you to the perfect back drop. But there will also be times when we fade into the background, letting your interactions play out naturally, and allowing the photos to tell your story for you.

If young children are involved, feel free to bring along anything that might keep them happy and interested. Favorite books, stuffed animals, and even bubbles can do the trick! And sometimes an unexpected shot of your little one, clutching a worn and tattered lovie, will become a family favorite over time because it brings back vivid memories of what your child loved at that moment in life. And if older children are involved, get adventurous! Consider doing a grungy, urban session in a nearby downtown, taking advantage of old buildings, brilliant paint colors, or graffiti. Consider what’s valued in your family and let’s get creative!
